At Pinnacle Care, we are a friendly, family-run service provider that has been operating Residential and Respite Care Homes in the Rugby and Warwickshire areas for over three decades. We specialise in caring for adult clients of all ages with conditions including dementia, Alzheimer's, and complex mental health needs. Our Care Homes are designed to provide a comfortable and homely environment with familiar surroundings and plenty of outdoor space.

Our highly qualified staff are trained to care for adults of all ages with complex mental health needs, as well as older people living with dementia. Our Care Homes are designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment that encourages independence, dignity, and quality of life. We understand the importance of maintaining relationships, hobbies, and interests, and our care plans are tailored to ensure that our residents can continue to live fulfilling lives.
Our Care Homes
We have four Care Homes in the Rugby area, each with its own unique character and atmosphere. Elmhurst Care Facility is our largest home, providing residential and respite care for adults of all ages with complex mental health needs. The Manor House and The Red House are exclusively for older people living with dementia, while Wolston Grange provides care for adults of all ages with complex mental health needs and older people living with dementia. Each home has its own dedicated team of care staff who are highly qualified to care for all types of dementia and mental health needs.

Finding the Right Home for Your Loved One
We understand that finding the right care home for your loved one can be a daunting task. At Pinnacle Care, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment that prioritizes the needs of our residents. We offer video and in-person tours of our homes, and our Registered Managers are always available to discuss your requirements in more detail. We are welcoming new residents, but currently have limited vacancies.
