Our Story

Our journey began almost 20 years ago when our CEO, Michael Barrington-Hibbert, realized that many organizations were struggling to tap into the rich talent pool of diverse candidates. He had a vision to create a platform where professionals from non-traditional backgrounds could thrive and make a meaningful impact. After spending time in North Carolina on a soccer scholarship, Michael was fortunate enough to be taken under the wing of a local family who mentored and supported him. This experience instilled in him a sense of responsibility to pay it forward. When he founded Barrington Hibbert Associates in 2010, he made it his mission to create a platform where diverse professionals could grow and contribute to the business landscape.
