Our site is situated just outside the village of Hilton, South Derbyshire, and is a former war department site dating back to WW2. The location is an ideal place for your requirements, whether that is storing your belongings or departing and returning from your holiday.
Our Services
We cater for all types and sizes of caravans, trailers, or motor homes, at our cassoa GOLD award site. All parking bays are generously sized and the site is all surfaced on compacted stone with good drainage. Access hours are 6am 'til 10pm, 7 days a week. We also offer various sizes of storage units available for you to store your personnel or business belongings securely and be able to access them 6am 'til 10pm, 7 days a week.
Security
The site is equipped with the latest type of finger print recognition entry system with electric gate access. The site has a fully security fenced perimeter with CCTV monitoring the whole site and regular security patrols.
Caravan Storage
We have a range of options for caravan storage, from short-term to long-term rentals, and we can accommodate caravans of all sizes. Our prices include VAT and we offer discounts for longer rental terms paid in advance.
Self Storage
Our self storage units can be accessed 6am 'til 10pm, 7 days a week if required. You will be issued with a key to your unit and enrolled onto our access system which allows you to use our electric gates for security. Minimum term rental is one month with discounts available for longer rental terms paid in advance plus a refundable deposit of 20 for your padlock key.
Location and Directions
Our location is easily accessible, just off junction 5 of the A50, with good access to the M1 and M6. To find us, head into Hilton village following signs for the industrial estate, then turn right opposite the old Talbot pub onto Sutton Lane. Stay on Sutton Lane as you exit the housing estate, don't turn off for the industrial estate, and continue over the A50 bridge for about a quarter of a mile until the road turns into a single tracked lane. The entrance is on your right between two large oak trees with a pull-in suitable for large lorries, just before the sharp left-hand bend.
