Paul came to help us sort out the dryer on our AEG washer dryer after other technicians had blamed the plumbing. Had a home visit from Liam today to repair my washing machine. He rang me to say he could come earlier ( I had requested a am appointment but wasn't guaranteed). He inspected my washer thoroughly, identified the fault straight away and is now ordering the new part required.

Thank you to Paul for the quick fix of our washing machine. Not only was the fault fixed but he also made sure the washing machine was stable and draining well as it's a brand new appliance so we didn't know if it was set up correctly.
