The largest property on the estate, Middleton Hall provides 10 luxurious ensuite bedrooms and is ideal for large family and friends holidays. With its stunning views, beautiful gardens, and private lake, Middleton Hall is the perfect destination for those looking for a relaxing and tranquil getaway.
The Coach House
Our newest property, The Coach House, provides 5 ensuite bedrooms and large communal areas to entertain friends and family. With its stylish decor and modern facilities, The Coach House is perfect for large families and groups of friends.
Lake Cottage
For those looking for a more intimate and cozy stay, Lake Cottage is the perfect option. With its 3 bedrooms, private enclosed gardens, and stunning views of the lake, Lake Cottage is the perfect home-from-home experience.
The Boathouse

Disappointing Stays at The Hall
One reviewer, Jon Swainson, had a disastrous stay at The Hall, celebrating his mum's 80th birthday with 19 family members. During their stay, the water supply went off twice, and there were several issues with the property, including a broken window, damaged baths, and a broken oven. Despite reporting these issues to Sykes Cottages, Jon was only offered a "good will gesture" of 50.

They appreciated the well-appointed rooms and the perfect location for visiting coastal areas. Technical Issues and Poor Service
Lola had a terrible stay at The Hall, citing numerous issues, including no hot water, lighting, or heating. When they tried to return for a night, the owners refused to accommodate them, despite their children and babies being affected. They also criticized the owners for refusing to answer their calls and for not being helpful during the stay.
