Our story began when our proprietor, Mr. S. Soliman, was approached by a car showroom owner to cater for a large event. Recognising the need for custom-built BBQ units, Mr. Soliman designed and built his own equipment to cater for the event. This marked the beginning of Mobile BBQ, one of the first mobile catering services in the area.
Today, our team of experienced professionals, including qualified chefs, catering managers, and customer liaison experts, work together to provide a diverse range of menus to suit any taste or occasion. From traditional BBQ items to Mediterranean-style options, we use only the freshest ingredients to create delicious and memorable dishes.
Our Expertise
Our expertise in catering is unmatched, with a Catering Manager position held at The Harbour Heights Hotel for over 4 years, as well as 15 years of experience in departments of other larger hotels such as The Marsham Court and the 5* World Renowned Chewton Glen. We have provided mobile BBQ services in a variety of locations, from private homes to Kingston Lacey House and the biggest BBQ open to the public held by Brian Whiteside on Poole Quay.
