Perton Partnerships Ltd (PPL) was established over 15 years ago in Bolton, Greater Manchester, and has since become a leading specialist in the interior sector of the construction industry. Our expertise lies in dry lining, partitioning, and suspended ceilings, and we offer a complete range of services from small-scale repairs to large-scale contracts, intricate glazed partitions, and detailed suspended ceilings.

On-Site Organisation

At PPL, we have a robust organisational structure with clearly defined lines of command, ensuring smooth operation of contracts on site. Each team has a designated supervisor who acts as the site contact and liaison, while the teams are directly managed by a Contracts Director to ensure that all works meet our high standards and are delivered on time.

Safety, Health, and Environmental Responsibilities

At PPL, we take our responsibilities for health and safety very seriously and implement procedures as laid out in our CHAS documentation for all works. Our excellent health and safety record is a testament to our commitment to maintaining high safety standards, and we invest in training to provide the required levels of competence for each individual. Throughout the course of each project, we deliver toolbox talks to update operatives as necessary and produce Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) at the outset. On completion of each project, an Operations and Maintenance (O & M) manual is produced for the works completed.

At PPL, we are also acutely aware of our environmental responsibilities, and we strive to carry out our works with minimal impact on the environment. Where possible, waste is segregated for re-use, and kept to a minimum. Any disposal is strictly controlled, and we have a waste carriers license for any waste carried in our own vehicles.
