With 20 years of practice and 15 years of teaching experience, I have honed my skills in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Flow, and Prana Vinyasa. My journey has taken me from Surrey to Garstang, where I now offer a range of classes tailored to suit diverse needs and goals.
