Services
Sheet Metal Cutting
We cut sheet metal up to 3mts in length with tolerances of +/-0.5mm. Our Quattro laser handles 12mm thick steel, while our AMADA CNC punch works on sheets up to 2500mm in size. This precision ensures components meet exact specifications for industries requiring high-quality metal parts.
Metal Folding
With 4 press brakes including 2 Amada 7-axis models, we fold metal up to 100 ton capacity over 3mts. Our extensive tooling range accommodates diverse folding requirements, producing accurate bends for complex assemblies used in demanding industrial applications.
Welding Services
Our CAA-certified welders use MIG/TIG techniques on steels and alloys. We offer stud welding, brazing, and soldering for fabricated assemblies, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with industry standards for critical components in aerospace and pharmaceutical sectors.
Component Assembly
We provide complete assembly services including riveting and fastening. Our team installs self-clinching studs and uses Avdel riveting systems, delivering finished products ready for immediate use in manufacturing processes requiring precision-engineered metal components.
Surface Finishing
