Situated in the picturesque Georgian port town of Lymington, Gabetti Cottage is a spacious 4-bedroom house that offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. Our self-catering accommodation is located within walking distance of the town centre, harbour, and famous Saturday market, making it an ideal base for exploring the wonderful New Forest National Park.

Accommodation and Facilities

Our property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, including an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. The spacious sitting room/diner features two comfortable settees, occasional chairs, TV, and DVD player, with a dining table that seats up to 10 people. The room also features sliding doors that open onto the brick patio area, providing an idyllic spot for al fresco dining and relaxation. Additionally, there is a secure roofed area for bicycle storage and a well-maintained lawn bordered with a beautiful flower bed, home to a variety of colourful flowers.

Ground Floor and First Floor

The ground floor bedroom sleeps two people and features twin beds, while the upstairs bedroom to the left sleeps two people with twin beds. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed, with the bedroom to the right having a double bed and additional single bed. Bunk beds or extra single beds can be set up as required. The upstairs bathroom is the larger of the two, featuring a shower, bath, wc, and hand basin. We also provide a travel cot, high chair, and stair gate on request, ensuring that our accommodation is suitable for families with young children.

Availability and Prices

We offer whole week bookings from Friday to Friday, as well as weekend bookings from Friday to Monday. Our prices range from 1200 to 2000 per week, depending on the time of year and duration of stay. All linen, towels, and fuel costs are included in the tariff, making our self-catering accommodation an excellent value for money. Car ferries leave regularly for the Isle of Wight, or you can opt for smaller boats to Yarmouth, with its picturesque quay and scenic sailing routes.
