At the Athollbank Guest House, we pride ourselves on offering comfortable, affordable accommodation for all types of travelers, including single visitors, business people, couples, and families. Our beautifully maintained Victorian townhouse, built in 1825, is warm and inviting, with gas central heating throughout to ensure a cozy stay even on the chilliest of Scottish winters.
Our Services
We understand that every guest has different needs, which is why we offer a range of room types to cater to different requirements. Our four rooms are all comfortably furnished, with coffee and tea facilities, TV with Freeview, and free Wi-Fi internet access. Freshly laundered towels and bedding are provided for all rooms. We have one ensuite room, one room with a private bathroom, and two standard single rooms that share a bathroom.
Our breakfast service is highly praised by our guests, with a pre-ordering system that allows you to plan your day with ease. Simply complete a breakfast slip the evening before, selecting from a range of delicious options, and we'll take care of the rest. We're happy to accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions, so please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any special requirements.

Our convenient location in the popular West-end of Dundee means you're just a short walk from the city centre, Universities, Ninewells Hospital, Dundee Media Park, Railway station, Dundee Airport, and the stunning Dundee Waterfront with the Victoria & Albert Museum & Slessor Gardens.

Booking direct with us allows us to offer the lowest possible rates for your stay. We kindly require valid credit/debit card details or a deposit to secure a booking. Please note that we operate a 72-hour cancellation policy for direct bookings.
