• My son lives in a council flat and having a terrible neighbour that lives directly above that uses his bathroom as a wet room so you can imagine the amount of water pouring through my sons bathroom reported numerous times but nothing has been done. Having enough of been flooded at least 3times a week my son went to stay with his sister for a bit. She doesn't live near so I was asked by my son to keep going and checking on his flat, well one day last week I went up and the bath, toilet was pouring over with sewage there was T-bags paper towels food like beans sweat corn and other vegetable matter ( obviously the guy upstairs is using his toilet as a bin ) council came out 24hrs later to say. - Heather Fletcher
