Management and Staffing
The management of the nursery has been criticized by some reviewers as being unprofessional, manipulative, and bullying towards staff. Ruth Girvan gave a 1-star rating and stated that the management was "absolutely shocking".
Nursery Experience
On the other hand, two reviewers had a very positive experience with the nursery. Holly X. and Julie Wilson both gave 5-star ratings. They praised the environment as "fantastic" and the staff as "really caring and attentive". Holly X.'s daughter attended the nursery from 18 months to school age and loved it, while Julie Wilson's granddaughter has been attending since she was 18 months and still enjoys it.
