Our Story

Founded in 2003 by Kate Mooney, OCCA started as a small architectural and interior design consultancy with a vision to develop a team of multi-disciplinary creatives passionate about hotel design and innovation. Leveraging her rich background in hotel design, operations, and procurement, Kate's ambition was to build a contemporary design studio and FF&E procurement firm specialising in hotels and hospitality. Today, we are proud to work with amazing clients on amazing projects around the world, creating beautiful and meaningful experiences through our interior design, FF&E procurement, branding, and creative services.

With over 20 years of industry experience, our team of skilled interior designers combines its extensive expertise with outstanding client service to deliver distinctive interior design solutions for clients, creating inspiring interiors for award-winning hotels, luxury homes, and innovative workplace projects.

FF&E Procurement

Our independent FF&E procurement team specialises in the sourcing, procurement, shipping, and installation of FF&E and OS&E products for hotel, residential, and commercial projects. Leveraging our international supply chain and global logistics partners, we have the network and technology to maximise your capital investment and deliver outstanding results for FF&E procurement and cap-ex projects around the world.

Branded Hospitality

As hotel interior designers, our team has extensive experience in designing and transforming hotel brands and guest experiences across a diverse range of over 30 brands and over 400 properties globally. We craft memorable experiences that not only delight hotel guests but also drive business results for hotel chains and independent hoteliers.
