The company was established in October 1991 by a local family man, with a commitment to providing a personalised service to the Richmondshire area and beyond.

We have a proven track record of undertaking various contracts with the Ministry of Defence (MOD), North Yorkshire County Council, Churches Conservation Trust, Darlington Memorial Hospital, and numerous private clients. Our workforce consists of time-served operatives, showcasing their traditional skills in projects with the Churches Conservation Trust. We have also demonstrated our ability to handle high-tech projects, such as the Intensive Care Unit at Darlington Memorial Hospital, and have experience working in live wards with stringent restrictions and procedures.

Located on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park, we have extensive experience in the sympathetic restoration of traditional farm buildings into habitable dwellings. Our workforce is entirely local, ensuring strong empathy with the area and a commitment to finishing buildings that aesthetically complement the surrounding landscape.

Catterick Garrison, the largest Garrison in Europe, is in our backyard. We have participated in the rapid expansion of the area by constructing several sub-stations to develop infrastructure and enable the construction of new accommodation blocks and leisure facilities. We are proudly registered with Constructionline, upholding CHAS accreditation, and our employees hold CSCS cards, regularly undergoing training and assessments to enhance their skills and experience.
