Installation & Refurbishment

At WASP Limited, we have the expertise and competence to assist in drawing up specifications for various requirements or schemes for the supply and installation of aluminium and steel windows, doors, curtainwalling, secondary glazing, and roof glazing. We collaborate with all major main contractors in the North West and offer a comprehensive package from working drawings to final installation.

Our ability to problem-solve, organise, and oversee significant maintenance and refurbishment schemes without a main contractor has led to our success. We back this up with sound Health & Safety advice and an efficient team with Director involvement on all major projects.

Maintenance

Our maintenance teams specialise in draughtproofing, maintenance, and repair works. Our services range from replacing a single door closer to servicing hundreds of windows in a multistorey building. We source and replace special fittings, draughtseal, gear, weatherseals, gaskets, and reglaze, ensuring all works are tailored to the client's individual needs. We also provide regular planned maintenance service checks based on the client's requirements.

Surveys

WASP Limited's survey team conducts detailed surveys of existing windows, provides reports on their conditions, and suggests security, weathering, safe operation, and alteration recommendations as needed. Such reports may confirm the availability of replacement parts and include costings for any scheduled repairs. We provide quotations based on the number of windows and the scope of the required report.
