What materials do you use for your furniture?
We use sustainably sourced British wood including oak, ash, and maple. Our materials come from renewable sources with proper forestry certifications.
Can you create custom designs?
Yes, we specialise in bespoke commissions. From small household items to large commercial installations, we work with clients to develop unique solutions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS transfers with 50% deposit before production and the balance upon completion. Payment plans can be arranged for larger projects.
How long does production take?
Typical turnaround is 5 days for smaller items. Larger or complex projects require additional time, which we confirm before starting work.
Do you deliver outside the local area?
Yes, we arrange delivery nationwide through trusted couriers. International shipping options are also available upon request.
Can you work with my own design ideas?
Absolutely. We welcome client-provided designs and can help convert them into production-ready formats using our CAD/CAM software.
