_Does it need Planning Permission?_

We can determine if planning permission is required and apply for it as part of our contractual obligation. Even if Planning permission is not required, we still apply for a Certificate of Lawful Development for your peace of mind.

_Does it need Building Regulations Approval?_

We prepare detailed plans and structural calculations and apply for Building Regulations Approval as part of our contractual obligation. We notify the Building Control Authority 48 hours before work begins and arrange for inspectors to monitor progress, ensuring the work is done properly and in accordance with Building Regulations.

_Can work be done in bad weather?_

Yes, work can be done in adverse weather conditions.
