When Bob Aspin and Tom Stephenson first established Rossendale Sheet Metal, the company primarily serviced the local cotton, felt mills, and shoe industry. However, as these industries declined over the years, the company adapted to meet the changing demands of the market. Today, Rossendale Sheet Metal has gained extensive experience in many different processes and techniques, having worked with various metals, processes, and welding techniques for the aerospace, pet food, bakery, food, wallpaper, underlay & carpet, air bag, water treatment, mattress production, road sweeper, and floor cleaning component industries.

Our Services

Rossendale Sheet Metal offers a wide range of services, including design, fabrication, fitting, and installation. Our expertise includes welding and fabrication work in stainless steel, mild steel, galvanized, and aluminium using MIG, TIG, MMA, brazing, and soldering. We also specialize in the manufacture of industrial ventilation ducting, walkways, machine guards, tanks, and vessels for the micro-brewing industry.

In addition to our welding and fabrication services, we also offer aluminium fabrication, manufacturing products from 1mm to 3mm thick in mild steel, galvanized, stainless steel, and aluminium, and fully installing them. Our team is experienced in welding and fabricating aluminium sheets up to 3m x 6mm thick.

Furthermore, we offer general welding and fabrication services, including sheets, box sections, columns, machine guards, platforms, walkways, stairs, and more. We also provide stainless steel fabrication services for micro-breweries, bakeries, food suppliers, cleaning, pet food industry, and more.

At Rossendale Sheet Metal, we understand the importance of delivering products on time, which is why we offer delivery and fitting services. We deliver products with fitting components to site and install them, saving our clients the hassle of coordinating with multiple contractors.
