Our Services

When it comes to re-roofing a 3 bedroom semi-detached property, we have a proven process that ensures a high-quality finish. Our re-roofing process includes contacting Building Control notification, installing thermal insulation of 270mm, scaffolding from 580 and skips from 210, breathable felt, treated BS5534 battens, tiles and ridges, and maintenance-free materials such as bonding gutters, dry valley, dry verges and dry ridge systems along with eaves protection systems. We also replace old chimney back gutters with new made-to-measure chimney back gutters, chimney flashings (lead work), and fix ridges and hips with dry fix systems, in compliance with BS5534.

We offer a variety of roofing materials, including natural or artificial slates, clay tiles, concrete tiles, and lead welding for your dormers. Our roofing materials are designed to withstand our unpredictable weather conditions, ensuring that your roof remains secure and durable.

We recommend upgrading your felt to Roof Shield - a high water vapour transmission membrane that minimises the risk of damp and timber rot. It is BBA certified as a high air permeable roof membrane, making it particularly suitable for use in exposed areas. We also offer TLX Gold Insulating Breathable Membrane, a BBA certified 2-in-1 insulating breathable membrane that improves the thermal value of your roof without a risk of condensation and with little or no change to the roof height.
