Poor Customer Service and Rude Drivers
Some customers have expressed their dissatisfaction with the service provided by the company. Karen Baker and Sorin Pintilie gave the company 1-star ratings, with Karen mentioning rude drivers and a lack of consideration for others' property. Sorin described the booking system as nonsensical and the drivers' inability to deal with the issue due to prior bookings. David Letterman and Michael Boardman also received poor service, with David citing a driver who refused to move from a blocking position and Michael complaining about the constant queuing of vehicles on the road, which is a clearway.
Mixed Experience and Suggestions for Improvement
Beki Gaskin suggested that the drivers avoid roads with a weight limit that they are clearly over, while John Mcnamee mentioned that a man on the docks was rude and suggested that he was in charge. Andrew Wright applied for a job at the company, but it didn't work out, but he still praised the company's product range and prices. Taf Taf mentioned that the company's yard can get very busy, making it difficult to park, but praised the yard boys and the cleanliness of the toilets.
Good Experience and Satisfied Customers
Matthew Monk, Neil Hallett, Jacob Carter, Derren Mcpartlin, Tim Murrell Ripley, Matthew Boggust, Bill North, and Maureen Evans all had a positive experience with the company, praising the helpful drivers, quick delivery, and friendly staff. Maureen Evans was particularly impressed with her delivery driver, who was "super helpful" and made her day.
