The Build

Once we have all the necessary approvals and permits, we will start the build process. We take care of everything, from clearing away unwanted materials and disposing of garden waste to groundworks to ensure proper drainage and the laying of foundations. Our team of experts will work closely with you to ensure that every detail is taken care of, from the paving and paths to walls and structures, and bed preparation for planting. We use only the best quality materials, ensuring that your new outdoor space will stand the test of time.

*How much will it cost?*: Cost is a significant factor when deciding on what work you will have done, and we understand that. Each project is priced based on bespoke and specific requirements, so it is not possible to give a price range. However, we are confident that our pricing is competitive and reflects the experience of our team.

*How do I pay?*: Once you have confirmed that you want to go ahead with the project, we will send you a Terms and Conditions document that lays out the payment structure. As a general rule, we request payment in two or three blocks, depending on the size of the project. You can expect to pay either 3 payments (45% deposit, 45% mid-term payment, and 10% final payment) or 2 payments (60
