Excellent Service and Cars

Minor Issues with One Car
However, one customer had a negative experience with their car, specifically with regards to a rattle coming from the engine bay. The dealer suggested it was normal, but the customer disputed this and took the car to an Audi dealership for diagnosis, where it was found that the timing chain was the cause of the rattle and there was a coolant leak. The dealer refused to cover the cost of the towbar and Audi diagnosis.
