Poor Service and Unfriendly Staff
Several reviewers expressed disappointment with the service they received at Royal's Opticians. Samantha Bailey gave the practice a 1-star rating and described the reception staff as "rude, presumptuous, and arrogant". She stated that even in a stressful post-COVID world, there is no excuse for such "inhumane and pretentious behaviour". Tony O'Callaghan, however, had a positive experience when he contacted the practice for an emergency eye test and praised the lovely lady who helped him.
