Necessary Manufacturing Limited was established in 1982 and has since grown into a successful business, providing high-quality components to its clients. Our comprehensive range of services includes toolmaking, pressings, machining, fabrication, assembly, and welding, all of which are delivered within the framework of an ISO 9001 Accredited Quality Management System. Presswork Specialists

At Necessary Manufacturing Limited, we specialise in presswork and offer a complete solution that includes toolmaking, pressings, machining, fabrication, assembly, and welding. We have a team of experienced professionals who can work with you to develop a long-term cost-effective supply solution.

Our press capacity ranges from 20 tonne up to 250 tonne, and we offer a range of welding facilities, including mig and spot. We have a team of experienced welders, a machine shop and toolmaking facilities, and an assembly section to bring all the elements together into the end products. Our machine shop and toolmaking facilities offer a wide range of machining capabilities and capacity to provide in-house toolmaking and general machining services.

Ancillary Solutions

We offer a wide range of ancillary solutions, including subcontracting to a wide range of finishers, such as galvanisers, platers, powder coaters, and heat treaters. This means that you do not have to go through the hassle of finding and managing these services yourself, allowing you to focus on your business.
