Disappointing Experiences
Several customers have had negative experiences with this printer service. The majority of the complaints revolve around the high cost of printing small documents. Josh Jones was dismayed when he was quoted 3 to print a small A4 sheet, saying it was "absolute jokers". Moein Ghorshi also had a bad experience, citing poor customer service and threats to take legal action for issues with printers that had broken after only two months.
Positive Experience
However, Alison Digby had a more positive experience. She praised the efficient and good-value service she received when a technician was sent to repair her machine on a one-off basis.
