Meet Graham Green, our Director, who has over 12 years of experience in the industry, and Louise Foster, our Regional Recruitment Consultant, with over 4 years of dedicated property recruitment experience.

Graham has a strong affiliation and deep understanding of the property industry, having started his early career as a key Negotiator for a leading Independent Estate Agency. Graham brings an outstanding level of innovative, quality lead, honest yet ambitious recruitment knowledge and a work ethos that is soaked in positive, proactive yet highly realistic outcomes for clients and candidates alike.

Louise comes from a strong property recruitment background and has a proven track record of providing high-calibre staff to some of the most established names in the industry. With her own experience of starting a business from scratch, Louise is superbly positioned to offer consultative and professional advice to our clients.
