The Venue
Our beautiful home, located on North Walk, Lynton, is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The lounge area is designed to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere, with a large chandelier and log fire adding to the grandeur and elegance of the Victorian house. The bar offers a selection of local West Country beers and ales, wines from around the world, and a large range of malts, spirits, and liqueurs. In the evening, enjoy the soft tones of our jazz playlist while sipping a drink and taking in the breathtaking views of Lynmouth Bay and Foreland Point.
Our Rooms & Suites
At Seawood House Boutique Bed and Breakfast, we offer a range of luxurious rooms and suites, each individually decorated and featuring stylish furnishings and modern en-suite bathroom suites. Our rooms are named after landmarks in the surrounding landscape, and many offer stunning views of Lynmouth Bay and Watersmeet Valley. Each room includes a hospitality tray with Cliff Railway fine bone china mugs, hot chocolate, local Miles tea and coffee, and biscuits. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the venue.
Our Suites
Our luxurious suites are spacious and individually furnished in contemporary style, with elegant features, king-size beds, comfy sofas, and breathtaking panoramic views over Lynmouth Bay and Watersmeet Valley. Suites include a full Sky TV package, including Sky Cinema and Sky Movies, plus a DVD library. We have two impressive suites, the Countisbury Suite and the Watersmeet Suite, which offer separate lounge areas and stunning views.
Superior Bedrooms
Our superior bedrooms are well-appointed and uniquely styled, offering fantastic sea views overlooking Lynmouth Bay. Each room features a king-size bed and large en-suite modern bathroom. Our superior bedrooms also include Sky TV with both entertainment and film packages.
Classic Bedrooms
Our classic bedrooms are smaller but still offer comfort and quality, with a contemporary style. Located on the Atlantic side of the venue, they boast comfort and quality. Classic bedrooms include the Sky TV entertainment package as standard.
About Your Stay
We understand that every guest is unique, and we strive to provide exceptional service and catering to your individual needs. Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and check-out is at 11:00 am (late check-out available until 1:00 pm for an additional fee). We also offer complimentary Wi-Fi internet access throughout the venue and allocate one parking space per room. Please reverse your car into a space for ease of access and ensure there is sufficient space for other vehicles.
