Growing up in the family business, Ian has an in-depth understanding of Jacaranda's operations and a deep-rooted passion for both food and people. With the company approaching its 24th anniversary, Ian's leadership has kept the company as vibrant and progressive as ever. He is dedicated to delivering outstanding events, food, and service to our region.
*Jamie, Director & Executive Chef*
With 14 years at Jacaranda, Jamie is our Director of Food and mastermind behind our exquisite menus. At home, he is a devoted husband and father to three daughters who often lend a hand at events. Jamie is an active individual who enjoys cycling, running, and spending time with his dog, Peanut. When asked about his favourite cocktail, Jamie admits a preference for whisky sours or any drink containing whisky. As for his favourite Jacaranda dish, he simply can't resist the king prawn and salmon won ton with warm king prawn, leek, and tarragon salad, and tom yum broth.
