Relax, unwind and create memories with us

For over 70 years, Valley Caravan Park has been providing family holidays in Polzeath, one of Cornwall's premier surfing beaches. Located in a beautiful valley, our park is an idyllic destination for those seeking a peaceful and picturesque getaway.

Our History

Valley Caravan Park was established in 1945 by William A Taylor, and has been run by the same Cornish family for generations. We are proud of our heritage and our commitment to providing excellent facilities and service to our guests.

Our Facilities

Our park is situated in a valley leading down to the sea, with the entrance just 200 yards from Polzeath's sandy beach. We have tried to keep the park as natural as possible, encouraging wildlife such as mallard ducks, geese, squirrels, rabbits, and moorhens to flourish.

Accommodation

We offer a range of accommodation options, including apartments, static homes, and camping and touring pitches. All of our apartments have ramped access, with wide doors and an open-plan design to accommodate mobility needs. Our static homes are situated on flat ground, with hand-railed steps up to the door. We also offer a mobility-adapted caravan with a wide and long sloping ramp and a wheelchair-accessible interior.

Camping and Touring

Our camping and touring pitches are situated on flat ground, with sloped access to toilet and washroom facilities. We have a disabled toilet and wet room with separate access using designated keys, available upon request.

On-Site Facilities

Our bar and cafe have ramp access and extra-wide doors, as well as a wheelchair-friendly toilet. Our launderette has a wash-and-go machine, and our children's play area is situated on flat ground with plenty of surrounding space for maneuvering.

Accessibility

We strive to provide easily accessible options across all our accommodation. The majority of our park is flat, making it easy to get around. If you have access and mobility needs, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss your requirements.

Getting Here

There are several ways to reach us, including by car or by public transport. From Exeter, take the A30 into Cornwall and continue to 'Kennards House' junction, where you can take the A395 towards Camelford and North Cornwall. Turn left at the mini-roundabout onto B3314 and follow signs for Polzeath (7 miles). Our entrance is midway through Polzeath village, opposite the beach and between the shops.
