Poor Experience
However, Michelle H. had a terrible experience with the company, rating them 1 star. She has been a tenant for over 7 years and described the company as "absolutely useless". She claimed that they don't do repairs, citing specific issues such as unsafe electrics, no heating or hot water, and a property that is not fit for a dog to live in. She also expressed frustration with a staff member named Jordan, who she described as "extremely rude".
