What accessibility features are available?
We have six downstairs rooms including Room 8 with a walk-in wet room. Door widths range from 810mm-820mm with thresholds between 120-140mm. Grab rails available on request.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, in Rooms 6, 7, and 8. Dogs must be on leads, not allowed on furniture, and cannot be left unattended. Towels and cleaning supplies provided. Extra charges may apply for excessive cleaning.
What are check-in/check-out times?
Check-in available between 4-6pm. Check-out by 10:30am. Late arrivals without notice result in cancellation. Rooms cleaned daily from 10am.
How do cancellation policies work?
60-day cancellation policy. Refunds issued if rooms are re-let, minus booking fees. No refunds after 60 days without travel insurance. Full payment required at booking.
Are there special arrangements for events?
We accommodate wedding guests with flexible room preparation times. Guests must vacate rooms during cleaning. No ironing in rooms; facilities available in breakfast area post-service.
