Poor Customer Service

Unreliable and Unresponsive Representatives
The customer was told that the representative could have come out to take measurements at any time, but was only informed of the job the day before. Furthermore, the sample provided was not satisfactory, and the customer was unable to get in touch with the representative again due to paternity leave.
