Laser Cutting
Our dual fibre laser systems (6kW Prima and 3kW Bystronic) cut metals up to 25mm thick, including stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium. With rapid turnaround times and precision tolerances, we handle both small components and large batch orders. The 3.0m x 1.5m cutting beds accommodate diverse project requirements while maintaining dimensional accuracy.
CNC Press Braking
Eleven CNC press brakes (including Bystronic 4m x 225 tonne machines) enable complex metal forming operations. Our extensive tooling inventory supports intricate profiles and shapes across various thicknesses. This precision forming technology serves architectural, engineering, and transport sectors with consistent, repeatable results.
Powder Coating
In-house powder coating services utilise high-quality materials meeting strict safety standards. Our 6m x 2m spray booth and oven accommodate large components while maintaining finish consistency. Metal Fabrication
From initial CAD design to final assembly, we produce bespoke metal structures and components. Our capabilities include insulated doors, staircases, platforms, and industrial equipment. Sheet Metal Bending
Salvagnini P2 panel bender with 64 segmented tools achieves precise bends from 4mm upwards. Capable of 17 bends per minute, this CNC system ensures consistent results across production runs. Radius bending and complex profiles are achieved with 1950mm maximum part length capacity.
