Wayne Byatt Construction Ltd was formed in 1995 as Wayne Byatt Builder and Property Repairs, as a sole trader based in Leek, Staffordshire. Over the years, we have grown and expanded our services to become a reputable and trustworthy construction company in Staffordshire and neighbouring counties, Cheshire and Derbyshire.

Our Story

In 2000, we became a Limited company, and our customer base has increased considerably, including work for local Councils and works related to Peak Park. Due to the increase of our work, we were able to employ more employees, allowing us to take on a wider range of projects, including residential and commercial building constructions, alterations, and renovations. Our team consists of skilled professionals, including electricians (registered part P electrical installations carried out to NIC standards) and plumbers (Gas Safe Registered), ensuring that all our work complies with current building regulations.
