Our Team

Sam Perry, our company's founder, graduated from Pershore College of Horticulture in 1998 and quickly established himself within the landscape gardening industry. Working for a prestigious garden designer and premier national landscaping company, Sam played a key role in the construction of numerous Chelsea and Hampton Court Flower Show gold-winning gardens, including the highly prestigious BBC's peoples choice award at Chelsea. Sam's area of expertise lies in the construction of water features, and he has extensive experience in all aspects of water gardening, from high-tech heated koi pools to natural rock cascades.

Leigh Scotford began his landscaping career with the same company at the age of 16. Over the past 24 years, he has trained in every aspect of landscaping and construction, and has been instrumental in building many medal-winning show gardens. Leigh has also served as the construction foreman on ITV's This Morning's "Garden Angels" and "Help I Hate My Garden" feature with Diarmuid Gavin. His specialist area is timberwork, and he has undertaken a wide variety of commissions, ranging from pergolas and decks to custom-designed Japanese tea houses.

Alex Murphy joined Anemone Landscapes well over a decade ago. Starting as a general labourer, Alex has progressed to become a highly skilled and precision landscaper with exceptional trowel skills. He excels in all forms of walling, from modern and contemporary block and render projects to traditional stone missionary work. Alex has also made several appearances working alongside Leigh on ITV's This Morning's Tv features.
