Smile with confidence, naturally.
Meadows Edge Care Home, a family-run nursing home situated on the outskirts of Boston in Lincolnshire, first opened its doors in 1981. Our home is nestled in two and a half acres of stunning gardens, with many of our rooms offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Our senior team has been dedicated to providing exceptional care for our residents for over a decade, ensuring a continuity of service that is unmatched.
Our Surroundings
The building, formerly known as Wyberton West Hospital, has been extended and refurbished to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our residents. Our courtyard area, which is located within the building, is a popular spot for our residents, especially during the warmer months. Fitted with a fall-safe floor, raised planters and furnished with tables, chairs, and gazebos, the courtyard is accessible all year round and is a sun trap in the summer. The building is surrounded by beautiful countryside, providing a peaceful and tranquil setting for our residents.
Our Team
At Meadows Edge Care Home, we believe in working together to provide the best outcomes for our residents. Our team is dedicated to upholding the home's values and ensuring that each resident feels comfortable and cared for. Upon admission, each resident is allocated a keyworker who is responsible for ensuring that they have everything they need and that any necessary paperwork is completed. Our team members are always available to answer any questions that our residents or their families may have. We have a nurse on duty 24 hours a day, as well as a team of carers, kitchen, housekeeping, finance, and maintenance staff.
Activities and Volunteering
We offer a range of activities at Meadows Edge Care Home, with activities coordinators available seven days a week. Our activities are designed to cater to the interests and abilities of all our residents, from visiting pantomimes in the lounge to pamper sessions, painting nails, and life story discussions. We hold themed parties once every six to eight weeks, where everyone is encouraged to take part in fancy dress, play games, and enjoy our party buffet. Our parties have included Pirate days, Mad Hatters Tea Parties, Halloween, and much more! We also arrange regular smaller clubs, such as gardening club, baking club, and gents club, and children are invited to some of our arts and crafts activities.
Interaction and enjoyment are shared between our residents and children, and Princess, our resident cat, can often be found wandering around the home, seeking attention. We also have regular visits from a local PAT dog, and many visitors bring in well-behaved pet dogs and cats. Our regular keep-fit classes allow our residents to stay fit, and our hairdresser visits our home on a weekly basis. The chiropodist pays a visit every six to eight weeks, and we can accommodate your own if you prefer. All religious services can be catered for at our home, and we have a regular church service held every month for those wishing to attend.
Our Meals
At Meadows Edge Care Home, we understand the importance of good nutrition and the enjoyment of meal times. We provide a varied menu that caters to the dietary needs and preferences of all our residents. Our meals are prepared on-site by our experienced kitchen team, using fresh and seasonal ingredients. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our dining room, and our residents can choose to eat in their rooms if they prefer. We also provide snacks and drinks throughout the day, and we celebrate special occasions with themed menus and decorations.

With a dedicated team of staff, a range of activities and volunteering opportunities, and a commitment to good nutrition, we strive to provide a comfortable and caring environment for all our residents.
