The Seven Stills is a small, family-run semi-private Restaurant and Malt Whisky Lounge located in the heart of Dufftown, a charming town in Speyside, Scotland, often referred to as 'The Malt Whisky Capital of the World'. Our establishment is the result of a inspired vision brought to life by French couple, Patrick and Rose, who relocated from Burgundy, France to Scotland in 2016. Through their dedication and enthusiasm, the Seven Stills has become a sought-after destination for fine dining and exceptional whisky experiences.
Our Malt Whisky lounge offers the perfect atmosphere to enjoy an extensive range of Scottish-based drinks. These beverages can be savoured on their own or paired beautifully with our selection of tapas and charcuterie. For those looking for a unique experience, we offer whisky flights tailored to your preferences, or Chocolate and Whisky pairings featuring an exclusive selection of truffles.

As a semi-private lounge bar and restaurant with limited seating, we cherish the opportunity to serve you in a semi-exclusive setting. Our guests are invited to relax and take their time as they enjoy their meals. Our opening hours reflect the importance of this experience, with a focus on evening service with some exceptions. We update our opening hours regularly, so please consult our PDF calendar to ensure that your visit coincides with our available times.
Please note that we have a booking-only policy for meals, so we kindly ask you to reserve your table via our contact form. Upon confirmation, we will send you the menu in advance for your perusal and request that you pre-order to secure your booking.
