Unreliable Service Experience
The reviewer, Anna C., had a disappointing experience with Julian Paul Plumbing. She called them in November 2017 when her boiler stopped working, leaving her without hot water or central heating. Julian agreed to diagnose the problem without a call-out fee, which seemed promising.
Deceptive Practices
However, when Julian arrived, he changed the fuse and took 40 from Anna without providing a receipt. Although Anna was happy to pay for the repair, she soon realised that only the central heating was working, and there was still no hot water. The next morning, the boiler stopped working again.
Lack of Follow-up and Support
Despite Anna's numerous messages to Julian over the next few weeks, he failed to respond or provide any further assistance. To this day (October 2018), Anna's boiler remains unrepaired, and she is still without hot water.
