Order Fulfillment Issues

Some customers experienced issues with their orders not being fulfilled as promised. Nadia AidaN's order never arrived, while F. D. did not receive a response despite chasing the company. Celia Niven's order was downgraded from expedited shipping to second class, causing her to miss her deadline.

Product Quality Concerns
