Flexible Packaging
We manufacture custom flexible packaging solutions using advanced extrusion, printing, and lamination technologies. Our capabilities include modified atmosphere packaging for food preservation and industrial-grade film conversion. Blown Film Extrusion
Our 3-layer Kuhne and Windmoller & Holscher extrusion lines produce high-performance films up to 2 meters wide. This technology enables production of complex structures for food packaging applications requiring precise barrier properties and mechanical strength specifications.
Flexographic Printing
We operate Allstein hydro-flexographic presses and Windmoller & Holscher printers with 1.2m repeat capabilities. Our 100% print inspection system ensures consistent quality across complex designs including textured and lacquered effects for premium product presentation.
Lamination
