Our architectural design service specialises in residential projects ranging from heritage conservation to contemporary new builds. The team has particular expertise in complex planning applications, including Grade II* listed properties and challenging urban sites. We create context-sensitive designs that respect architectural integrity while incorporating modern living requirements. Services include feasibility studies, planning applications, and detailed construction documentation. Our experience with English Heritage and local authority approvals ensures technically robust and aesthetically appropriate solutions for diverse property types.
Lighting Design
Integrated lighting schemes form a core component of our design philosophy. We create layered lighting plans that highlight architectural features while creating functional ambiances. The service includes specification of decorative and technical lighting fixtures, with particular expertise in Lutron and Rako control systems. Our showroom demonstrates various lighting effects and technologies. We coordinate with joinery and AV teams to ensure seamless integration of lighting elements within architectural features. The result is a cohesive lighting strategy that enhances both interior aesthetics and practical usability.
