- Caring for your floor - we recommend the following steps be taken to maintain the longevity of your floor:
+ Always place mats at doorways, exterior and interior, to prevent dirt and grit damaging the floor.
+ Always wipe up all food or liquid spills immediately.
+ Use felt floor protectors on the feet of all furniture where possible.
+ Never wet mop a wooden floor.
+ Sweep and vacuum at least once every week.
+ Don't use wax, soap or other household cleaners on wooden floors coated with lacquer. Only use wood floor cleaning products such as Bona Floor Care or Junckers Sylva Cleaner.
+ Keep pets claws trimmed.
