Excellent Reviews
The reviewers have praised the coffee shop, Havana, for its exceptional hot chocolate, excellent service, and delectable cakes. Author Naomi Irons raved about the hot chocolate, stating it was the "BEST" she has ever had and expressed sadness at leaving ilfracombe and leaving the shop behind. Her husband also enjoyed his latte, calling it "spot on". James Wigglesworth, Astra McNicholl, and Donna Beeching all gave the coffee shop 5-star ratings, praising the taste of the coffee, the friendly staff, and the lovely atmosphere.
Disappointing Experience
Shirley Hatcher, on the other hand, had a terrible experience at the coffee shop. She and her family decided to have Sunday lunch, but the quality of the food was subpar. The beef was tough, and the vegetables looked like they had been left out for too long. The gravy was also inedible. Despite making a complaint, Shirley was not satisfied with the outcome, feeling that the shop was not willing to make things right.
