P&H Insulation Services has been a prominent player in the insulation industry for over 25 years, boasting a collective experience of over 45 years. Our technical expertise allows us to design complex insulation solutions using geometrical and triangulation pattern drafting for a precise fit. Our speciality lies in manufacturing high-quality, custom-made removable valve and flange jackets, equipped with Velcro fastening and drawstring cord for easy removal during maintenance. These jackets are suitable for temperatures up to 1000°C and find application in the oil/chemical/plant room and marine sectors.

Our removable insulation jackets have been previously utilised by several renowned companies, including Lindsey Oil Refinery, Conoco Phillips, Humber Power, BP Saltend, and various chemical plants. They are typically applied to pipe work, associated fittings, turbines, vessels, exhaust systems, and many more.

Our Product Specifications

We offer three standard specifications for our removable insulation jackets:

• Up to 250°C: Grey silicone coated glass cloth (inner and outer faces) with Rockwool infill, and flame-retardant Velcro and cord drawstrings.
• Up to 400°C: Plain glass cloth inner face, silicone coated glass cloth outer face, Rockwool infill, and flame-retardant Velcro and cord drawstrings.
• Up to 600°C: Graphite coated fabric (1-5mm thick, facilitating applications where flexing is involved) with Insulfrax/Superwool/Needle Blanket/Rockwool infill. An alternative specification for temperatures up to 1000°C is available upon request.
