Customer Service Issues
Bare Minerals has received several negative reviews regarding their customer service. Katie Olive Wiggins and Milena Golant Stone both experienced issues with their orders, specifically with missing items and poor communication from customer service. Similarly, Amy Timmermann had trouble with their order calculations and felt the customer service did not adequately address their concerns.
Promotional Issues
Some customers have been disappointed with the handling of promotional offers. Katie Olive Wiggins and Cheryl Suppes Rambler both ordered products during Cyber Monday and were supposed to receive a free 5-piece gift set. However, both customers received their products without the gift set, and were met with varying responses from customer service, ranging from unhelpful to dismissive.
Order and Shipping Issues
Tonya Marie Louise and Milena Golant Stone experienced problems with their orders being held up and not receiving their products. Stone's order was delayed almost three weeks, and Louise had her money held by the company for an extended period.
Positive Feedback
Despite the negative feedback, there are some positive reviews. Michelle Eileen Walker has been using the products for a while and always comes back to them. Shaye Hatchett had a great experience with a consultation at the Crabtree location with Latoya. Theresa Collie also had a wonderful makeover experience with Amanda at the Buchanan Galleries.
