Excellent Customer Service
Dalrod Peterborough has received numerous positive reviews for their exceptional service. From the initial online enquiry to the completion of the work, customers have praised the company's prompt response, courteous staff, and efficient solution to their drainage issues. Many reviewers have mentioned the friendly and professional attitude of the engineers who attended their properties, including Lee and Paul, Adam, Kev, and others.
Unfortunate Exception
However, one reviewer, Waseem Hussain, had a disappointing experience with Dalrod. Despite calling at 2 pm and being told it would take around 2 hours for an engineer to arrive, he waited until 6 pm without any assistance. Only when he called the company again was he informed that the job had been logged, but no engineer was sent out. Eventually, engineer Adam arrived at 8:11 pm, 6 hours after the initial call. Although Adam did an excellent job, Waseem was frustrated with the delayed response and lack of apology from the company.
