Pooches Grooming Studio

Established in 2005, Pooches Grooming Studio has built a reputation as a trusted provider of premium dog grooming services in Chelmsford. With over 16 years of ownership experience, our founder Hannah is a multi-award-winning groomer who has competed at national levels and recently featured on the television series *Pooch Perfect*. Our team holds qualifications from BDGA and City & Guilds, demonstrating our commitment to professional excellence. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including bespoke dog grooming for all breeds, hydrobath treatments using eco-friendly For All Dogkind shampoos, and professional teeth cleaning using advanced ultrasound technology. Our doggie daycare service provides a safe, social environment for pets requiring daytime care. Sustainability is central to our operations, with water-saving hydrobaths, recycled safety flooring, and FSC-certified timber used throughout our facility.

We prioritise animal welfare and client education, ensuring every pet receives tailored attention and the highest standard of care. Our dedication to ongoing learning ensures our team remains at the forefront of grooming techniques, participating in seminars led by industry leaders like Colin Taylor and Denise Westbrook. We also support aspiring groomers by mentoring students from Writtle College. All our services are delivered with the same attention to detail that earned us recognition in the grooming community, and we maintain qualified pet first aiders on-site for added safety. Whether providing hand-stripping for show breeds or everyday maintenance, our experienced team combines technical skill with a genuine passion for animals.
