Our History
Mick Kemp took ownership of Steyning Butchers in 2009 with a simple goal in mind: to provide fresh and quality meat at affordable prices. Eight years on, our commitment to this goal remains unwavering. We have built a loyal customer base throughout West Sussex and East Sussex, and we are proud to have even attracted customers from Hampshire.
Our Services
We offer a wide range of services to our customers, including a free delivery service for telephone and Facebook orders. We also provide a home delivery service for our local customers, with free deliveries up to 10 miles and a small fee for deliveries further afield. Our team is always happy to help with any queries or special requests you may have.
Our Products
Our shop is stocked with a vast array of meat products, including beef, lamb, pork, poultry, and exotic meats supplied to order. We are particularly proud of our homemade sausages, cooked hams, and cured back bacon, all made in-house using traditional recipes and the finest ingredients. We also stock a range of delicious pies and Scotch eggs, as well as free-range eggs and a variety of cheeses, chutneys, mustards, curry sauces, and cooking sauces.

Our small but dedicated team is the backbone of our business. We have a few staff members who help to run and organise our butchers, and our head butcher delivers to the trade. We are a tight-knit team who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible products.
