What happens if it rains on my event day?
We offer free rescheduling for weather-related cancellations with 48-hour notice. If equipment is already delivered, our waterproof inflatables can remain operational in light rain conditions.
How far in advance should I book?
Peak season weekends require 6-8 weeks' notice. We can accommodate last-minute bookings subject to availability, with some weekday reservations possible within 48 hours of event date.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BACS transfers, card payments via secure online booking, and cash payments at our Crowborough office. Full payment required 14 days before event date for standard bookings.
Can I set up inflatables in my garden?
Domestic garden installations require 13ft x 13ft cleared space with level ground and 2m access path. We provide ground sheets to protect lawns and need electricity supply within 50m of setup location.
